Joel Ward has over 30 years' experience in a variety of real estate fields, including brokerage, appraisal, property management, investing and education. In 2014, he was appointed by Gov. Pat Quinn to the Illinois Real Estate Appraisal Administration and Disciplinary Board. Joel is an Appraisal Qualifications Board Certified USPAP Instructor, and writes and teaches real estate appraisal continuing education classes.
